    2. We identify the latest usable off-site backup.

  3. Recovery method

    1. We restore the latest off-site backup into a new machine/environment.

  4. Target recovery time

    1. We aim to restore service in under 120 minutes, where technically feasible.

  5. Communication

    1. Updates are posted via Network Status and Announcements.

    2. For planned maintenance or major outages, we may also send email notices.

  6. After recovery

    1. We validate service availability.

    2. Customers should still run their post-restore verification checklist (site, email, key functions).
