Full account backups include website files, databases, and email data.

We keep ~2–3 restore points for each frequency (daily/weekly/monthly), depending on rotation.

VPS backups

We take daily full backups for VPS.

VPS backups are part of our operations, but customers remain responsible for their own backup strategy.

Optional: backups can be offered as an add-on (where applicable).

ERP backups

We back up database + files + add-ons on-premises and to off-site storage.
