Backup Policy Overview (What’s Included)

  1. What we back up (Shared Hosting)

    1. Full account backups include website files, databases, and email data.

    2. Backups are taken as full backups (not incremental).

  2. Backup schedule (Shared Hosting)

    1. Daily backups

    2. Weekly backups

    3. Monthly backups

  3. Retention (Shared Hosting)

    1. We keep ~2–3 restore points for each frequency (daily/weekly/monthly), depending on rotation.

  4. VPS backups

    1. We take daily full backups for VPS.

    2. VPS backups are part of our operations, but customers remain responsible for their own backup strategy.

    3. Optional: backups can be offered as an add-on (where applicable).

  5. ERP backups

    1. We back up database + files + add-ons on-premises and to off-site storage.

    2. Frequency:

      1. Every 6 hours (retention 4 days)

      2. Weekly (retention 2)

      3. Monthly (retention 2)
