How to Log In to the Client Area

1. Go to https://www.my.unisolva.com.

2. Click Login.

3. Enter your email and password.

4. If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled:

   1. Open your authenticator app.

   2. Enter the 6-digit code to complete login.

5. If login fails:

   1. Re-check spelling of your email (no spaces).

   2. Ensure CAPS LOCK is off.

   3. Try a private/incognito window.

   4. If you recently changed your password, try logging out everywhere and logging in again.

Security note (password rules)

Your password should include 3 out of 4 types:

1. uppercase letter, 2) lowercase letter, 3) number, 4) symbol.

Session duration

For convenience, sessions can remain active for up to 3 days (4320 minutes). On shared/public devices, always log out manually.
