How to Reset Your Client Area Password

  1. Go to https://www.my.unisolva.com.

  2. Click Login.

  3. Select Forgot Password (or similar password reset option).

  4. Enter the email address used for your account.

  5. Check your inbox for the reset email:

    1. Also check Spam/Junk.

    2. Wait a few minutes and refresh.

  6. Open the reset link and set a new password that matches the password rules:

    1. Use 3 of 4: uppercase, lowercase, number, symbol.

  7. Log in with the new password.

  8. If you use 2FA and can’t complete login:

    1. Use your backup/recovery code (if you saved one when enabling 2FA).

If you don’t receive the reset email

  1. Confirm you entered the correct email address.

  2. Search your inbox for messages from our domain.

  3. If still missing, open a Technical Support ticket describing:

    1. Your account email, and

    2. The time you attempted the reset.
