Common First-Day Issues and Quick Fixes

Issue 1: Domain not opening / showing old website

  1. Confirm your domain points to the correct nameservers/DNS records.

  2. Wait for DNS propagation (can take time depending on the change).

  3. Try testing from mobile data or a different network to avoid cached DNS.

Issue 2: SSL (HTTPS) not active yet

  1. SSL usually requires the domain to resolve to the hosting first.

  2. Confirm DNS is correct.

  3. Recheck after DNS propagation completes.

Issue 3: Can’t access hosting control panel

  1. Use the exact login link from your welcome email.

  2. Ensure your invoice is marked paid and service is active.

  3. Try an incognito window and disable browser extensions temporarily.

Issue 4: Email not sending/receiving

  1. Confirm your domain’s MX records point to the intended email service.

  2. Confirm mailbox was provisioned (email hosting can be manual).

  3. If outbound mail lands in spam, verify SPF/DKIM/DMARC later (we can guide you).

Issue 5: “Paid” but service still not active

  1. Allow a few minutes for automation to complete (Shared Hosting).

  2. Refresh Home → Services.

  3. If still pending, open a Technical Support ticket with invoice number and order details.
