How Provisioning Works (What Happens After Payment)

  1. After checkout, you will typically receive:

    1. Welcome email

    2. Login details

    3. cPanel access (for hosting)

    4. Nameservers (if domain/DNS is involved)

    5. Setup instructions

  2. Provisioning timelines (typical):

    1. Shared Hosting: within minutes after payment

    2. VPS: within 24 hours (commonly ~2 hours)

    3. Domains: automated (timing depends on registration/transfer steps)

    4. Email Hosting: manual provisioning (we’ll confirm once ready)

    5. ERP: per the agreed project timeline

  3. If your order is pending verification (recommended anti-fraud practice):

    1. Confirm email ownership (email verification)

    2. Confirm phone number (when required)

    3. Payment consistency checks (name/country mismatch, unusual activity, etc.)

  4. Once active, do these immediately:

    1. Save your welcome email and credentials securely

    2. Enable 2FA (optional but recommended)

    3. If you’re using your own domain, point DNS/nameservers correctly

Tip

Most “it’s not working” cases right after activation are caused by DNS propagation or SSL waiting for DNS to resolve.
