Use the top menu to quickly navigate:

Store: order new services (Browse All, Shared Hosting, VPS, Register a New Domain, Transfer a Domain).

Announcements: service updates and important notices.

Knowledgebase: step-by-step guides (this section).
-
Network Status: incident updates and uptime-related notices.

Contact Us: contact form and general enquiries.

On Home, look for common tiles/shortcuts such as:

Your Services (hosting/VPS/ERP if applicable)

Invoices

Support Tickets

Check your Welcome Email after ordering:

It typically includes service details, access info, and next steps.

For best security:

Use a strong password (see the password article below).

Enable 2FA (optional but recommended).

Tip
If your goal is “I just bought something and want it working,” go in this order:

Home → Service details, 2) Verify domain/DNS, 3) Confirm SSL, 4) Open a ticket if anything doesn’t match your order.
