Welcome to Unisolva: How to Use the Client Area

What you can do in the Client Area

1. Log in at https://www.my.unisolva.com.

2. Use the top menu to quickly navigate:

   1. Home: your account overview and shortcuts.

   2. Store: order new services (Browse All, Shared Hosting, VPS, Register a New Domain, Transfer a Domain).

   3. Announcements: service updates and important notices.

   4. Knowledgebase: step-by-step guides (this section).

   5. Network Status: incident updates and uptime-related notices.

   6. Contact Us: contact form and general enquiries.

3. On Home, look for common tiles/shortcuts such as:

   1. Your Services (hosting/VPS/ERP if applicable)

   2. Domains

   3. Invoices

   4. Support Tickets

4. Check your Welcome Email after ordering:

   1. It typically includes service details, access info, and next steps.

5. For best security:

   1. Use a strong password (see the password article below).

   2. Enable 2FA (optional but recommended).

Tip

If your goal is “I just bought something and want it working,” go in this order:

1. Home → Service details, 2) Verify domain/DNS, 3) Confirm SSL, 4) Open a ticket if anything doesn’t match your order.
